About Me

My name is Amy, but you are welcome to call me “Your highness”. It’s certainly not a requirement and nobody really does it.

I may appear to be a new blogger, but I have been blogging for YEARS at blogger (my site is no longer there)!

I like coffee, Facebook, my family and the beach.

I like to write. I always have a story going on in my head. Currently I don’t have a lot of free time to get them out of my head and on to a computer.

I usually write, and other than a quick scan for spelling and grammar errors, and an overuse of LOL or “…..”, I don’t do much in the way of editing. I write. I publish. Sometimes what I say sounds good.

People don’t generally understand me. Those who do, I keep as friends forever.

I have 5 kids. I was going to tell you their ages, but then I would have to remember to change it on this page, and that’s probably not happening. So I will tell you something that won’t change. The oldest two are girls. #3 is a boy. #4 is a firecracker and is a girl. Our 5th child, the surprise of our life, is a girl.

I try to live my life with passion. I feel compassion deeply for people. I live vicariously through others.

I do what I can to make the world a better place.

I strive to encourage others. I think the world, and all the people in it, need more encouragement. I want people to feel good about themselves.
